When you want to make a summary, you usually report sentences.
Reporting sentences is not that hard.
If the sentence is in the simple present, you need to do this:

| B | He/She said that she/he stopped spammers every day |
If the sentence is in the future simple, you need to do this:
| A | I will implement security measures |
| B | He/She said that she/he would implement security measures |
If the sentence is in the present continuous, you need to do this

If the sentence is in the past simple, you need to do this
| A | I blocked suspicious transactions |
| B | He/She said that she/he had blocked suspicious transactions |
