- Sender’s Information:
- Name and Email address
- Recipient’s Information:

- Subject Line:
- A concise and informative line summarizing the email content.
- Greeting:
- Greeting to address the recipient.
- Body:
- Main content of the email
- Closing:
- Polite closing remarks, such as “Sincerely,” “Best regards,” etc.

- Additional contact details, job title, or other relevant information about the sender.
