Assessment Structure

In-Class Assessment (90%)

Oral Tasks, Writing Tasks, and Tests and Interviews will take place during lessons on the specified dates. Scores will be handed in or reported on the Virtual Campus and Avatar eight days after they were taken.

Out-of-Class Assessment (10%)

Virtual Campus #1 (4%): Tasks tagged as "homework" from week #1 to week #6. You have at least 8 days to complete the tasks of each week. Scores will be added to the Avatar on Week #7.

Virtual Campus #2 (4%): Tasks tagged as "homework" from week #8 to week #13. You have at least 8 days to complete the tasks of each week. Scores will be added to the Avatar on Week #14.

Webinar (2%): Webinar Links will be shared once they are made available to me.

Other Important Dates

Quarter Ends on May 3rd

Final Grades will be available on the Avatar sometime between May 3rd and May 1Oth

La prueba de sustitución will take place sometime between May 11th and May 14th

Considerations

#1: If you miss an evaluation, you are required to present a formal justification no later than 8 calendar days after the missed date. Please review articles 26 to 29 from the Reglamento de Evaluación del Proceso de Aprendizajes for detailed requirements

#2: If you are absent from three classes, you risk failing the course. Attendance is crucial to your success and is monitored closely.

#3 Articles #30 to #37 of the Reglamento de Evaluación del Proceso de Aprendizaje outline the conditions under which you may be eligible to take the "Prueba de sustitución". Please review these articles for detailed requirements.
