Juliana: Thanks, John. Let me take a look. Great, I see you’re from our programming department. How can I assist you today?

Jesus: Well, it’s a network issue, and it’s been driving me crazy for a while now. I’ve tried everything I can think of, but I just can’t seem to resolve it.

Juliana: I’m sorry to hear that, John. Don’t worry, we have a dedicated Networking Support team that can help with that. I’ll refer you to them.

Jesus: That sounds great, thank you. Could you tell me where to find them?

Juliana: Absolutely. They’re located in Building 3 on the 4th floor next to the Human Resources Department, ask for the Networking Support Department, and they’ll take care of you.
